The mural says, "Welcome to Havre de Grace" and greets visitors as they enter town from Superior Street. It is strongly not painted on the backside along the sidewalk, only the section that faces the street. So taking photos of the artwork is a little dangerous. I took photos on 17 September 2021. It's hard to see, but above the roadway entrance it does say, "Welcome to Havre de Grace". .
