The Interpretive Trail is .80 mile in length and 5' wide with smooth hard surfaces, with boardwalks, crushed stone, and asphalt sections. Most grades are at 5% or less.

" Accessibility: There are 4 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of Black Rock Road at the northwest end of the trail. Two of them are van-accessible with a striped access aisle. The trail surface is boardwalks (with railings), pavement, or packed gravel, and typically at least 5 feet wide. The estimated grade is mostly gentle (5% or less) except for moderately steep (5-8%) downhill and uphill sections in about the first 0.25 miles when going clockwise." alltrails
