According to a kfor news story: Elvis Presley used to stay in a corner room on the top floor. The development has always been known as the Lincoln Plaza complex of offices, trade centers, hotel rooms and night clubs.
Now on the National Register of Historic Places, the building is soon to re-open as a high end social living apartment complex, named after Elvis Presley. It is located on the west side of Lincoln, south of I-44 and N.E. 50th St.
