The memorial honors the men and women of Blair County that died during the Persian Gulf Wars, Desert Shield/Desert Storm. There is one name on this memorial, "Army Specialist Duane W. Hollen, Jr. 24 of Bellwood. Killed on February 25 in SCUD attack".

The Veteran's Mall has memorials to all wars in which the United States has engaged in. This monument wall has bronze plaques that represent other wars also.
