Photos taken on 7 October 2021. The small plaque says, "Take a deep breath and exhale slowly while humming. Hum with lightly closed mouth and lips in different tone levels till you will find your own, individual tone.
As soon as you will meet this tone, the resonance will increase and you will feel the vibration of your own voice in your back, legs and deep down in your soles.
Every person has an individual resonance for his/her organs, the so called tremor: Humming simulates this tremor hugely."
