[FR] Sur le toit d'une maison située au 3 Rue de la Mairie, vous pouvez voir cette girouette unique.
La girouette représente un oiseau en silhouette. L'oiseau est posté sur les engrenages d'une horloge. En effet, on peut distinguer un cadran plein, avec deux aiguilles indiquant 9h00, et quatre roues dentées. L'oiseau, l'horloge et les engrenages sont réalisés d'un seul tenant, en fer forgé. L'ensemble est monté sur une flèche indicatrice de direction.
En-dessous, une croix directionnelle est fixée : elle est pourvue des directions des quatre points cardinaux, permettant de connaître la direction du vent grâce à la position de la flèche.
[EN] On the roof of a house located at 3 Rue de la Mairie, you can see this unique weathervane.
The weathervane represents a bird in silhouette. The bird is posted on the gears of a clock. Indeed, one can distinguish a solid dial, with two hands indicating 9h00, and four cogwheels. The bird, the clock and the gears are made in one piece, in wrought iron. The whole is mounted on a directional arrow.
Underneath, a directional cross is fixed: it is provided with the directions of the four cardinal points, allowing to know the wind direction thanks to the position of the arrow.
