In der Nähe der Burg Großbüllesheim und der ehemaligen Burgmühle steht ein sehenswerter Bildstock, der allgemein als "Michaelkapelle" bekannt ist. Der Schrein gehört zur Kirchengemeinde St. Michael in Großbüllesheim, die nach dem Erzengel Michael benannt ist. Er wurde 2008 von Wolfgang Henseler am Rand des Burgmühlengeländes errichtet.

Der Bildstock ist aus Stein mit einem Gibeldach aus Holz gebaut. In einer Vitrine mit Glastüre steht eine aufwändige Statue des Engels Michael. Auf einem Sims davor können Kerzen und Blumen abgestellt werden.

Der Schrein steht etwas versteckt in einer hohen Hecke am Rand einer Weide. Ein Fußweg führt von der Burgmühle zum Schrein.
Near the Großbüllesheim Castle and the former castle mill, there is a worth seeing wayside shrine, commonly known as the "Michael Chapel" (German: "Michaelkapelle"). The shrine belongs to the parish of St. Michael in Großbüllesheim, which is named after the Archangel Michael. It was built in 2008 by Wolfgang Henseler on the edge of the castle mill grounds.

The wayside shrine is made of stone with a wooden gable roof. An elaborate statue of the angel Michael stands in a showcase with a glass door. Candles and flowers can be placed on a ledge in front of it.

The shrine is somewhat hidden in a high hedge on the edge of a pasture. A footpath leads from the castle mill to the shrine.
