Armstrong Bank, on the south side of Harrison, has a black bear statue in the courtyard at the front of the building. The bank is directly south of the Pawnee Co. Courthouse.
The bear is about 5' tall and 7' long, in a moving stance, with his left front paw on a stump. He is muscular and shown with an open mouth, displaying all his teeth.
