"Flaps Down, Flats Bound" waterfowl sculpture is located by the entrance of the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum at 215 Giles Street, Havre de Grace, MD. It was created by the Matthew Harris Studio (Principio Furnace) and made possible by the generosity of the Carolyn Hargis Estate and Harford County Government. Dedicated April 30, 2021.
