Built for the Toronto Hamilton And Buffalo (TH&B) railway (later CP Rail) at Mile 8.44 on the Dunnville Spur line between Smithville and Dunnville. Built around 1914, the line was abandoned in 2001 - largely due to structural concerns with this wooden trestle (as well as a nearby trestle over the Welland River). The wooden trestle crosses Oswego Creek. It it presently abandoned and the track have been removed. You can view the bridge from a nearby conservation area, directly west of the bridge
