Palme aus Autoteilen - Wacken, SH, Germany - Car Part Sculptures on Waymarking.com

DE: An der Hauptstraße 70 in Wacken befinden sich zwei Palmen, die aus Autoteilen hergestellt wurden. Die Palmblätter wurden aus verchromten Stoßfängern gestaltet, um den Stamm wurden die Schraubfedern der Federbeine gewickelt. Der Stamm steht auf zusammen geschweißten Felgen, Auspuffkrümmer gestalten für die eine Palme eine Art Gebüsch, aus dem auch Blümchen aus einem Ventilator und ein Nashornvogel aus verschiedenen Teilen erstellt wurde. Für die andere Palme stützen die Auspuffkrümmer eine Tischplatte, die zu Festivalzeiten zum Abstellen von Bier genutzt werden kann. Über den erstellenden Künstler konnten wir leider nichts herausbekommen.

EN: At Hauptstrasse 70 in Wacken there are two palm trees made from car parts. The palm leaves were made from chrome-plated bumpers, and the coil springs of the spring struts were wrapped around the trunk. The trunk stands on welded rims, exhaust manifolds create a kind of bush for a palm tree, from which flowers from a fan and a hornbill are made from different parts. For the other palm, the exhaust manifolds support a table top that can be used to put beer down during festival times. Unfortunately, we couldn't find out anything about the artist who created it.
