Artistic approach

In stone Alex Sorokin will carve the history of Quebec; he wants to show through his work how the birth of a severe nature and beautiful in its monumentality took place. In the beginning, when the continents were formed, the internal forces of the Earth would burst upward, move and collapse. Thus were formed the Rocky Mountains and those of the regions of Quebec.

Later this energy lost its strength, it calmed down. She is now sleeping somewhere in the depths. Sometimes it is heard when extinct volcanoes wake up. Alex Sorokin will sculpt the history of this earthly energy.
