Beach huts on The Esplanade, Seaton beach, Seaton.
Seasonal beach huts - The sites are only rented [Seaton beach (East) and esplanade (West)] and huts have to be erected by the owners. There is no electric here and water is supplied via a communal tap.
The standard season runs from 1 April to 31 October - weather dependant.
There is a waiting list for these sites - with a wait of approximately 6 - 8 years!
