Smok'n Butts BBQ is not one of those fancy barbecue restaurants but instead its a Panama City Beach tradition. Located at 404 South Arnold Road you might drive by and miss it if it wasn't for the oversized alligator on the roof. This building looks like it's about to collapse from the weight of the alligator. There is no indoor dining or seating, a couple of picnic tables with umbrellas is all you get. The menu is primarily for takeout. They are known for their 'world famous butt fries', and they serve your typical barbecue foods such as pulled pork sandwiches as well as dinners and BBQ rib dinners with all the fixings. You can even get barbecued alligator ribs, definitely worth a try. You also can get pork, beef and ribs in bulk for taking home and serving with your own side dishes.
