You're on the ground floor of the Hampton Inn and Suites, but this is a full-fledged Starbucks, not just a counter: Check the sign outside the main entrance at the corner of Commerce and Ervay.

There's actually very little seating here, and be aware that you'll need to get the restroom key from the baristas if you need it. There are a couple of high tables with bar stools, and then there's a long table with seating with a nice view of Ervay St. If you're looking to plug in your gadgets, there are plenty of outlets by the window seating. As to the wi-fi, the SSID is simply "Starbucks" and you'll be prompted to agree to their terms of service. A speed test with Meteor gives an "Awesome" rating for the upload and download speeds on the wi-fi, and "Very Good" for the ping.
