"Most of Merheimer Heide Park runs west of the A3 / 4 between the Line 1 tram route in the south and Frankfurter Strasse in the west. The northern end of the system extends beyond the Cologne-Ost motorway junction. The areas east of the highway can be reached on foot via a bridge south of the cross.

The park offers facilities for the whole family. The fitness trail offers some pushing, stretching and massage facilities. The whole is prohibited at least 1.40 m."

"Der Großteil des Merheimer Heide Parks verläuft westlich der A3/4 zwischen der Straßenbahnlinie 1 im Süden und der Frankfurter Straße im Westen. Das nördliche Ende des Systems erstreckt sich über das Autobahnkreuz Köln-Ost hinaus. Die Bereiche östlich der Autobahn sind über eine Brücke südlich des Kreuzes zu Fuß erreichbar.

Der Park bietet Einrichtungen für die ganze Familie. Der Fitnessparcours bietet einige Dehn-, Dehn- und Massagemöglichkeiten. Das ganze ist mindestens 1,40 m verboten."

"La plus grande partie du parc Merheimer Heide s'étend à l'ouest de l'A3 / 4 entre le tracé du tramway de la ligne 1 au sud et la Frankfurter Strasse à l'ouest. L'extrémité nord du système s'étend au-delà de la jonction d'autoroute Cologne-Ost. Les zones à l'est de l'autoroute sont accessibles à pied par un pont au sud de la croix.

Le parc propose des équipements à destination de toute la famille. Le parcours de remise en forme offre quelques installations de poussée, d'étirement et de massage. L'ensemble est interdit au moins de 1.40 m."
