This petroglyph boulder has a snake but not much else is known about it since it was removed from a larger petroglyph display. This piece is assumed to be done by the Hohokam, and could have been used to mark trails, symbolize a special event, location or group. Currently this piece resides within the museum and there are additional artifacts and displays to help you further explore the cultures behind this piece.
