This Zippy the Pinhead strip is a re-purposed strip from one used on April 9, 2003 titled Garden of Heedin'. The 'speech bubbles' in the strip have a different dialogue but the panes are the same as used in 2003.
The figures used in the cartoon strip are from the Dwarf Garden located at The Ringling. The Dwarf Garden is next to and on the south side of the Visitor Pavilion and can be accessed without paying for tickets or entrance fees.
The Dwarf Garden statues were purchased by John Ringling and came from Italy. "Peeking out from among various subtropical plants, a cast of comical limestone statues pose and gesture to amuse their audience. The whimsical figures are players from the commedia dell’arte, a type of improvisational theater developed in Italy in the 16th and 17th centuries." (from The Ringling website)
