They are open daily from 5 AM to 8 PM, and the service is pretty good. Like many, it's a small location with a few chairs and tables. If you're looking for places to plug in your gadgets to spend time on their free wi-fi, there are a few outlets on the long wall, and a few up front that are a bit easier to reach. All you have to do is connect to the SSID (which refers to their previous incarnation as "Dunkin' Donuts"), accept their terms, and you're in. The signal strength is quite good, but their equipment didn't care for my browser's Secure DNS.

Be careful in that parking lot, as it's a bit cramped, but otherwise, this is an easily-accessible location in the hustle and bustle of the Mid-Cities.
