From Coal Creek Road between Pacific Ave and Ocean Beach Blvd turn North East on Sewage Lagoon Street. Proceed north for 250 feet. On the west side of the street a Witness Post is at street level. Four feet east and four feet down the bank the benchmark disk is monumented in concrete.

Do not attempt to reach the disk.
