The "Ferdinand's" space in WAZZUOPOLY is yellow and costs $130. In WAZZUOPOLY the order of the colors is different than the original Monopoly game - the Ferdinand's space corresponds with States Avenue on the original board.

Ferdinand's Ice Cream Shoppe opened on September 24, 1948. It was originally located inside of Troy Hall until 1992 when Ferdinand's moved to its current location in the Food Quality Building. The ice cream and cheese (including the famous Cougar Gold) sold here is made onsite in the adjacent WSU Creamery using milk from the WSU Knott Dairy Center. It is a MUST VISIT if you are visiting Washington State University, which explains its inclusion on the WAZZUOPOLY board, but be aware that it is typically only open on the weekdays.
