As of this posting, this is one of four Starbucks Pickup locations in Texas: You'll have to drive to Fort Worth, Austin, or Houston to see one of the others. The concept is simple: There's no menu, and the counter is basically a space for delivery. You have to order your drink from the Starbucks mobile app, and if you arrive a bit early, there's a board listing whose orders they have and how they're progressing.
This location could best be described as "spartan", but the Pickup concept by its very nature doesn't provide much in the way of amenities. This is a single room with the serving counter and the progress board. There is no seating, there are no restrooms, there's no way to reach them by phone, but oddly, they offer the usual free wi-fi. There are a few places to sit along the sidewalk in the front of and around the store, and the signal strength is pretty good. Just bring your charger, cable, and battery pack if you're planning to spend a lot of time downtown.
