There are wildlife that cannot survive in the wilds here. They will be released if they can be rehabilitated. There are birds of prey, amphibians, and reptiles. Efforts are made to create realistic living conditions for the animals.

There are interpretive programs, both in person and online.

There are hiking trails of various lengths surrounding the center.

Entry is free, although donations are very welcome.

Visit Instructions:
Visitors should visit the Nature Center and post a photo of themselves (or GPS unit) either inside or outside of the nature center visited. Logs without photos WILL be allowed if a lenghty description of one's visit and a mention of what they learned is included.
