The Museum Harbor is located in a beautiful spot on the edge of the old town. The monumental ships are located in the Turfsingel and the turning basin of the historic Mallegat lock. This lock connects the harbor basin with the Hollandse IJssel. The IJssel is still a tidal river here: very special, so far inland. In the summer it is a coming and going of pleasure boating.
