The fitness trail in Brakel is located in the popular Brakel forest. At the request of the citizens, there is now a new exercise offer directly in the spa park at Kaiserbrunnen, the route had previously proven itself as a fitness trail. The circular route with a total length of 1,500 m offers the opportunity to supplement your endurance training with up to 15 different body weight exercises thanks to the three stations along the way. The route leads past, among other things, a playground, a pond and a treading pool.
