This whole structure was once a Montgomery Ward warehouse, and it survived flooding in 1949 and a direct tornado strike in 2000. After Ward closed down, it stood, derelict, for some time, but ultimately it was reborn as this living, breathing multipurpose building with restaurants, shops, and even places to live. Restoration turned out to be easier than demolition, given that Mother Nature tried and failed.

There's quite a bit of space, with tables and comfy chairs around the perimeter of the store, and one of those newer padded benches with tables up front. There are also a few tables outside, but your best place to plug in is back inside, at your feet on the padded bench, or by the comfy chairs where there are a few outlets to be found. Do be aware that it can get busy here, but the staff are pretty good at checking in with you. Use the mobile app when in doubt.

For those riding public transportation to avoid construction and traffic here, there are eastbound and westbound bus stops within a block of here, and there's also bicycle rental near the corner.
