El Caballo Blanco was an amusement park in south western Sydney which operated from 1972 tto 2007. It featured Andalusian dancing horses,a water park and go cart track.

The Spanish dancing horses were imported to Australia as part of a number of similar attractions run by Ray Williams.

For many years the remains of El Caballo Blanco could be seen on site but these have now been removed. This rapidly expanding urban area has taken over this area and left no physical remains of the amusement park can be found. The Andalusian horses were well know as the breed used by the Spanish Riding School in Austria. Following the closure of El Caballo Blanco, the horses remained on the property and used for breeding and future display.
