This pay phone is located at 154 Oakwood Avenue, in front of what was once the Rocky Convenience store. The non-corporate nature of the phone leads me to believe that it was owned by the convenience store.
Rocky Convenience closed between May and August in 2016 and reopened as the AMP Studio Cafe. The phone lost its receiver sometime between late-2020 and early 2021 according to Google Maps, meaning it does have a chance of being repaired in the future.
