The plaque says, "You are standing in front of the structure known as the
Hollingsworth House. The original home was built in
the late 1700s by Zebulon Hollingsworth, Jr. as a
two-story brick structure. After a fire in 1848, the house
was rebuilt as it appears today.
Standing here you can really get a sense of what
Zebulon and his wife Mary may have experienced as they
spent many hours on this porch enjoying
the beautiful view"
