They're open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. This is a "co-branded" Fatburger & Buffalo's Express, the latter of which is the express version of FAT-owned Buffalo's Cafe. You've got your pick of burgers or wings -- or both -- and everything is made fresh to order. There's about a dozen places to sit here, with wide open space, and the wi-fi password is available upon request. You're not going to find any places to plug in, though. The signal strength is quite good, and the counter service is even better.
The outlet stores also offer free wi-fi access, "#Free Simon Wi-Fi", but this is at least more secure.
