This is a fairly common model, with a flower at the front and center of the top piece on both sides. The family name, "Gunnerson", is on the front plinth, and "In Memory of" is on both sides just below the arches with the panels. On one front panel is a wreath of flowers, while the other reads:

Died Feb. 13, 1899,
in Logan, Utah.
