Triangulation Station GH0780 MILL is right at a small oil/gas facility. At the time of this waymark, only Reference Mark 3 remains of that station. A third of a mile west is this azimuth mark. The azimuth mark (and witness post) are on the south side of the road, just east of yet another small oil/gas facility. The disk is stamped MILL 1954 but does not bear any indication that it is an azimuth mark.
