Das Haus Universitätsstraße 10 zeigt über dem Eingang das Jahr der Erbauung 1880 an. Wie zu dieser Zeit üblich verfügt die Fassade des mehrstöckigen Gebäudes über zahlreiche Verzierungen. Sehenswert sind vor allem die schön verzierten Balkone auf der Seite Universitätsstraße. Neben dem Eingang befindet sich auch eine Gedenktafel für Dr. Willibald Plöchl. Das Haus steht auch unter Denkmalschutz.
Im Erdgeschoß ist eine Apotheke untergebracht. Darüber befinden sich Büros und Wohnungen.
