In Ourende I remember two Consulates: Portugal and Cote d'Ivoire. Now only is Portugal and changed the previous place in Rúa do Paseo for this. Portugal and Galicia are "cousins" and have a lot of business, traditions, etc in common
I could not understand that this building has not the flag of Portugal in the Façade. Later I underdtood that the 6°D (rights flats) has the windows behind.
