When Blasterz were buzzing around Canal Flats in July 2019, we found this benchmark behind a sheet of plywood. It looked to us (knowing nothing about the community) that the school was undergoing renovations.

Blasterz are Texans, so we are going to sneak the plywood off the building far enough to get a shot of the benchmark, but we are NOT going to MOVE the plywood and disturb any creepy crawlies that might take offense and make themselves known.

In the process of writing this benchmark in 2022, as we checked Google Earth to verify street names and etc., we see that this building is still standing, part of the Viibrant Earth Cafe, which opened in October 2019: (visit link)

Well, that explains the 2019 plywood and renovations. Even the bush with the bees buzzing in it is still there in 2022.
