This outdoor altar stands at the side of the main street in the village center of Kato Garouna.
It has a niche with an icon of Saint Pantaleon surrounded by a rounded arch with ornaments. In front of the icon stand a drinking glass with plastic flowers and an oil lamp. The niche has also electric light, a naked light bulb hangs from the top.
The lower part of the structure has a water tap coming out of a lion's head and a relief with a vase and two birds. It is dated 1991.
