The welcome sign has the tail fin of a '59 Pink Cadillac on the right side. The text on the sign in addition to "Welcome to NOCONA" says "Classic Car Capitol of Texas". In an oblong yellow patch it says "Rand McNally Top Five Most Fun Small Towns of America".
