The Ridge At Bose Farms condo development was built in 2015, some 38 years after every speed in Canada had to be in kilometers. And yet, the developers chose 8 km/h, which is 5 miles per hour.

Most developers today would use either 5 km/h or 10 km/h. But this is an interesting one recalling the imperial system that was replaced through the metrication program.
