This VR embossed wallbox can be found facing northwards on the white-washed wall of the Caledonia Bar & Restaurant on the corner of Damacre Road and Southesk Street in the town of Brechin to the east of the town centre.

Tell us about the area the post box is situated.:
Southesk Street is part of the main A935 route through the town heading for Montrose. The area is on the eastern fringe of the town centre and was once the area of large textile mills on the eastern side of the street. Most of the sites have been redeveloped, but the The Caledonia remains as does the houses on the western side.
