In Rúa Príncipe 44 there is this plaque of a woman that is in the interactive routes/equality/sounds of women.
glg: "Afiliada a UGT, vendedora de periódicos en la calle del Príncipe, fue detenida durante la huelga general que paralizó Vigo el 20 de julio de 1936.
Secuestrada, violada, torturada, mutilada y asesinada en un cuartel de la Falange, los asesinos la llevaron cerca de las Islas Cíes donde fué fondeada bajo una plancha de hierro."
eng: "Affiliated with the UGT, a newspaper seller on Calle del Príncipe, she was arrested during the general strike that paralyzed Vigo on July 20, 1936.
Kidnapped, raped, tortured, mutilated and murdered in a Falange barracks, the assassins took her near the Cíes Islands where she was anchored under an iron plate."
