This bridge was once part of the mighty Pennsylvania Railroad system. The bridge was erected in 1917 as a part of branch line off of the mainline in Altoona. Plaque reads: American Bridge Company, USA, 1917.

Date stone, plaque location.: There is one on the right end of both sides. Riveted to the beam face.
