The little town of Crescent has three water towers! The oldest, a standard elevated tank on a silver four-legged tower, is to the west of these two. That older tank is NGS benchmark FJ1080. The second tank constructed here is this slim tower with the "bulb" tank on top. The newest, constructed only about ten years ago, is the standpipe just to the north. The new tank bears the city seal and year of incorporation (1893).
