The granite memorial stone is engraved with the words: "War on Terror, Kosovo, Iraq, Afghanistan, We Salute Those In Uniform who guard Against Terror" With the images of two fighting knives. This message is engraved on both flat sides of the monument.
The stone can be seen in the small veteran's park along Lincoln Avenue.
