FIELD
Dedicated Aug 14, 1970 in memory of "Oscar" who dedicated the last 18 yrs. of his life to the beautification of Harley Park and who unselfishly gave of his time, talent and treasure to help develope our youth through baseball.
Elected to the Babe Ruth Baseball Hall of Fame Dec. 14, 1970.
