This log cabin was constructed in 1893 for Tom Black, on the Black homestead, on Turkey Creek at the foot of the Joe Pyle Canyon southeast of Arnett. The cabin was moved to Arnett in 1929 by O. E. Null, who placed it near his business. This first move was accomplished by disassembling the cabin, marking each log, and reassembling the cabin on site. The cabin was moved a third time (on wheels) in 1968 to its present location. The cabin is open to the public and you can go in and admire the period decorations and items.
