At one time the Harriet Tubman National Historical Park was located one site at the park which is about 4 miles from the NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center where it was relocated. The visitor center at the Tubman Park has been temporarily closed. The stamp can be found at the main information center just inside the door to the facility.
