This marker is near a multi-war memorial and I believe it was added later by the city or county. Talked with several people on the lawn and none could give me useful information, but all agreed that only one person, Cpl. Duff was lost in Vietnam from this area.
Cainsville is on the border between Harrison County and Mercer County.
