I noticed this Bailey bridge while I was looking at geocaches in the area. One was called "De Baileybrug - 2" (brug = bridge in Dutch).

In the text of the cache the following information can be found:

"The bridge was built on Ten Esschen in the 1960s as a road bridge and was used for years as a car bridge (until the new bridge was completed at Terlindenweg). However, it was not a new bridge. This bailey bridge originates from North Limburg and is of American origin. Dismantled and stored after WW2 and later placed in a slimmed-down form at Ten Esschen, where it probably found its final resting place."
