Located at the end of Mariner Road, south of two disused buildings and the old leeward ferry dock. Benchmark is a metal disk set in concrete, off-center in a small circular patch that appears to have once held a sign or small flagpole. Mark is approximately 20 feet directly south of pylon marked LP1 that is located between the two buildings.
Survey mark CP-L4 was placed in 2015 and is labeled NAVFACENGCOM-SE (Naval Facilities Engineering Command - Southeast).
