A small, abandoned, cinder block building stands at the corner of Mendon Road and Ann and Hope Way in Cumberland, Rhode Island. The simple, single story, rectangular utility shed is about 35 feet long by 12 feet wide. The exterior is painted blue and covered with graffiti. The flat roof is corrugated metal.

Windowless, the sole constructed opening is a doorway on the south side. Without a door, it is easy to see and step inside. Light enters the space through the door frame and large gaps along the length of the structure where the walls and ceiling meet.

The interior walls were originally unpainted but are now also covered by graffiti. The space is empty save for a the large shell of some sort of mechanical unit rusting in the northwest corner and vertical conduits about three feet tall still attached to the walls.

Previous use of the facility is not apparent and though surrounded by a sizable paved area, it is not currently accessible to vehicles. A bike path runs along the west property boundary.
